Calusa Crossing Animal Hospital is an excellent facility to care for your four-legged family members. The moment you arrive, the friendly reception desk will make sure you are “checked-in” only to be escorted to the examination room by warm caring individuals. The medical staff is top notch treating both humans and animals as their own, giving you the best care possible. If you’re looking for a vet or an alternative to the pet care you are currently using, give them a try! Everyone on staff will make you feel at home and part of the entire process. We used to come here with our previous dog Candy (Cocker Spaniel) RIP. They were so kind and helpful when she passed that when we got Dexter we knew exactly which vet to come back to. We’ve had 4 visits with Dexter and we are very happy with how they treat all of us.

Great experience with Dr. Samuel Vasallo and the team at Calusa Crossing Animal Hospital. All staff was very friendly and responsive. Got an annual check up (including bloodwork) and prescribed dry food for my (overweight) 3 year old cockapoo. We also discussed the results of her Embark DNA health test and preventing her from developing a condition (Intervertebral Disc Disease) she is predisposed to. Dr. Vasallo and the nurse spoke Spanish and were able to discuss with my parents as well.
